This is a very welcoming studio whether you have been doing Pilates on and off for a few years or are brand new to Pilates. Amanda is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I have tried out different studios in OKC and I highly recommend this one!

Amanda and Lucky are not only amazingly talented in their Pilates practice and knowledge, but they are both very kind, supportive and funny. They make everyone feel at home and like family at The Pilates Body. I am so happy to have found them and to be a part of their Pilates community.
